El Texano Internacional is part of the ELTEX Group, we are in charge of the business of packaging and certification of food products. Our history begins in 2016 with the construction of the Zimix Plant, in Santa Catarina, Nuevo León.
ELTEX Group is a marketer and packer of dehydrated products, founded in 2002, operating under the name of El Texano in the Mercado de Abastos Estrella, the largest in the northeastern region of Mexico.
Certified plant since 2017
Compliance with the Global Food Safety Initiative was achieved, demonstrating our commitment to quality and safety in our products and operations.
Located in Santa Catarina, Nuevo Leon, the Zimix Plant was certified since 2017 in FSSC-22000,achieving compliance with the Global Food Safety Iniciative.
We have conditioned work spaces so as not to contaminate the raw material with allergens.
